The sound of flutes at weddings and receptions is hauntingly beautiful and provides a romantic and pure song that is uniquely different. Kshema can provide these wonderful flute tones for those people who desire a unique atmosphere for their special occasions.

By using the alto flute as much as possible, Kshema brings much colour and depth to the tones of the flute ensemble. The alto flute provides that extra depth of romance and warmth to our sound.

We are all professional, experienced and fully qualified musicians. We play music of all styles - Classical, Popular, Latin, Irish, Jazz, Sacred. With enough notice, we can endeavour to provide a specially requested song and uniquely arrange it for our flute quartet.

Kshema is also a highly flexible ensemble. Perhaps you would like a trio or duo or even a solo instead of a quartet! We can also cater for those people who are looking for other instruments. By adding other instruments such as a cello, vocalist or percussionist to our group we are able to cater for all tastes and adapt to each person's individual needs.
